Factory Patches: Steel Drums

Sounds like a nice bass synth but nothing like steel drums.

What a great free synth- nice and simple but a great raw sound - stick the (free) Valhalla Super Massive after it and you get some lovely sounds!

Thanks, that preset will automatically update the next time you run Surrealistic MG-1 Plus. It's not the world's greatest Steel Drum patch, but it's from the original MG-1 manual! We've made it a little better.

The Concertmate MG-1 (and it's relatives, the Rogue, Liberation, Taurus 3, etc.) really can sound great!

I have no idea why JRR advertised it that way. Unfortunately we have no control over how 3rd party retailers choose to offer the product. But yes, the Surrealistic MG-1 Plus is totally free for everybody, period.

Freely resizable, or in levels of 10%. I didn't find a way to hide the keyboard, but, I might have missed something...
