Export audio to MIDI (MPE) with vibrato, velocity, pitch variation etc.

Hi!
I'm trying to find a way to export my vocals to MIDI with more than just basic MIDI notes, more like MPE where you get pitch, vibrato, glide and velocity continuously recorded.

In software like melodyne and waves pitch this is analyzed, but I haven't found a way to export this yet.

Anyone who can help?

I found this mic + software called Dubler studio kit, but I feel like 250 pounds is too much for me, and I'm not even sure it can be translated into MPE.
