I refuse to vote having had no really bad experiences with any of them yet ( touch wood,keep my fingers crossed,kiss an Irish person whatever!)

so what does this mean?, well it means I can't read the results .
Any one want to enlighten me to whats/who's where,like as if I can,t guess - Emapple Steiny Frooty ... so on.

It is bullshit though, Apple have no idea that DAWs are way too complex to charge support for, and the video community is used to it. It makes sense if you think in terms of that, but considering that Sonar, SX, Digital Performer, Reason, Live, and others don't charge......

You are right. Thanks bud. Is just that I'm tired to be flamed by those underground-dogs, you know? And the worse, I get to be the "bad" guy on the end, while all I was doing was to defend my work. You see, I work every-day, several hours per day. This is my life, my full-time job, ... so I'm tired to get those negative words on me, that's all.

Now that I've got your attention, why in the world would you want to alienate a potential user base? I just don't get it? You find snobbery on both sides of the fence but not usually from developers?
If you truly believe that there is no money in the mac market, realize that sitting down with one of the chief developers at Ableton, I was told their market share is 50/50.

I never dished the MAC market, is just too expensive to port things to MAC. Is not that simple as you may think. Ask around.

If you find someone ready to invest 20.000 U$ in our company, we may talk again about porting things to MAC.

Right now my idea is to keep things simple. Just that.

My comment about MAC was that companies that switches from PC to MAC are the worst cases, as MAC computers are very expensive for more hobbists around here. Don't you agree?

I got my PC for 1/6 of the price of a MAC...

Get iMac, ok. Now get new compiler, new books on how to program for MAC Altivec (as all my code is in Assembly with SSE now) and MAC Assembly.

Man, that sure will take me some time. Took me months for the PC.
