Hello! I'm going to switch PC's and I want to be able to open my Ableton Live 10 projects from my old computer on the new one. If I "Collect and Save" my projects and install the same plugins that I used on my new PC, will I then be able to open the projects without missing files? Will the plugin settings, such as presets for synths, automation, and other things be intact?

It will not collect samples used by third party plugins. If you only use factory library from those plugins you will be ok since you re-install them... but if you create your own instruments with your samples you will have to move them manually...
