Petition: Propellerhead - Allow license transfers for Rack Extensions

I wondered about this recently and found this thread. Unsurprisingly, the situation is still the same at the end of 2020:
It's worth keeping in mind that this practice might be "illegal" under EU law. However, even if that's the case, actually getting Reason Studios to follow this rule would probably involve a lot of work (e.g. legal action, which isn't much fun for anyone).
I notice the old petition got ~130 signatures, and Prop actually bothered to reply, which is nice. Perhaps if a new petition came with a credible legal argument and got a lot more signatures, Reason Studios would consider changing their policy. Feels unlikely though

No, you will not be able to sell or transfer your Rack Extension licenses nor will you be able to buy used Rack Extension licenses. These are personal licenses that are tied to your account when you purchase them.
