of course! but in the real world, we should allow developers to do what they want, and then we can choose to use their plugins... or not.

No, it doesn't have physical modelling as far as I know, and no, based on the early screenshot, no granular synthesis. What is a bank generator? I think it will have a randomize button to generate presets.Ahmadx1x1 wrote: Thu Dec 03, 2020 1:55 pm Does this synth has a way to make realistic sounds (Violin, Piano, Cinematic) and/or granular synthesis? Will it also come with a bank generator? Thanks.

FTFY, but, totally agree.fisherKing wrote: Thu Dec 03, 2020 5:01 pmof course! but in the real world, we should allow developers to do what they want, and then we can choose to buy their plugins... or not.
But then, this is exactly what is happening here, so, I don't really think that Markus will introduce physical modelling to Warlock now.

There will be cinematic and futuristic stuff from me for sure, what specific instruments will be interesting to build can't say before to touch it.Ahmadx1x1 wrote: Thu Dec 03, 2020 1:55 pm Does this synth has a way to make realistic sounds (Violin, Piano, Cinematic) and/or granular synthesis? Actually i don't like poor simulations, more like acoustic instrument based sound, which may or may not be better compared to 'real' one, depends how dynamic and harmonically rich the structure of the preset is,which lead to how advanced the synth is so on
Personally i would like 2 be easy one page synth like Firebird, dope sound few clicks away

That orange to yellow could be more like from blue to purple or something.. To accent the Warlock. With that color scheme it's more like a firemage

Very nice! Clean and crisp GUI that seems very functional as well.

Yeah, the GUI is nice, clear and good looking. I like those knobs.
Not sure if I would do much with the arpeggiator though. If it's like the one in Firebird, I won't have much use for it. Minor niggle.

Looks very nice
- What do the little up and down arrows on some section labels do?
- The knobs look all the same, even ADSR, Cutoff etc., which makes it a bit difficult to visually remember controls.
- With parameters where the value is displayed next to the label, maybe the value should be in the yellow/orange color.
