Hi and welcome to this brief presentation of our upcoming set for the recent and mighty Obsession vsti from Synapse Audio.

This is full new set and also a collaboration between the ESC (Henrik Larsen aka JX3D and Burny Huber) and SubsonicArtz soon to be released at Triple Spiral Audio.

140 presets are coming for the 14 th of december 2020.
All sounds from secret Obsession for the demo and trailer (only vocals added)

We hope you'll enjoy it as we did when creating this set.

Hi Gosh

Thank you for your interest and your question but i fear that the answer is no.

I don't own the obsession rack (even if i own the reason Daw) and i've just tested this right now (using the free try of the obsession rack).
As the rack and the VSTI (i loaded them both) use a totally different type of files, i should reprogram all the presets one by one into the Rack to grant your wish, which is a really huge work.

Hey you just need to save the patches with a .repatch extension from Obsession VST file save dialogue.

Hi, Fred, amused described it perfectly. You just have to load the patch in the VST and then save it as a .repatch file in the file dialog menu. Unfortunately, there is no batch conversion tool for this so you have to do it one by one. However, even if it may take an hour or so for all the patches in the soundset it may grant you a few extra sales in the Reason community. You could make a small anouncement over at the Reasontalk forum. I have both the Obsession VST and the Rack extension but since Reason is my main DAW I would prefer the soundset in .repatch format.

Hi guys
Thank you very much for your cool tips to save the vst patches this way so that the reason rack users may have those presets too.
I didn't knew this was possible as i'm barely using Reason as Daw even if i got it. I use Studio one and vsti much more than reason rack plugins.

Reason is, for me, a sound laboratory with great inovative and unique tools for sound design and i'm also using it as rack into my main Daw.

Of course, thank to your advives, i can take some time to resave the vsti patches this way which ain't nothing to do with reprograming them from the begining...

I've been doing some tests and and i've sent you 2 patches to try those Gosh.

No it wasn't dear.
Sorry but the release has been a bit delayed.
New Date is on monday the 14th of december.
