Help with bit depth in tracktion 7

Hi guys I am a complete newbie and have no idea what I am doing apart from how to record and export vocal tracks.

My producer has requested I record my vocal takes in mono 48hz/24bits.

I have worked out how to change to 48hz on the settings window. How do I do the rest though? When i export I see a box with Stereo, would I leave that unticked? And as for 24bits, how do I know what I am recording in already?

For Tracktion 7 your best bet would be to post this in the Tracktion forum. Definitely people still on that version there.
