Based on my interaction with support and the past trend, but don't blame me if it is not released.

Sorry to say, but I think you might need to change your list. Having got Equator2 recently, I might have to skip V Collection 8, so just hoping that the new synths don't tempt me.

Analog Lab version (major or minor) will get updated for free anyway, so I am covered.

I hope they include more than 2 extra synths (over the Oberheim they released after v7) or having resisted GAS to upgrade from v6 once I may keep going

I couldn't resist VC7 upgrade and I am hoping VC8 is not exciting enough for me so that I can resist it. Two companies I never thought I would buy anything from took my money last month.

I got OB-Xa V in a trade, but I am keeping it only until I see what my upgrade offer with it will be.

$299 to upgrade from v6 = nope

So additions are listed as

Emulator II V, Vocoder V, Jun-6 V, OB-Xa V

Emulator II have covered in UVI Vintage Vault, Vocoder = don't care, Juno / OB-Xa = already have loads

Where did you see the new instruments? I’m still seeing V7 here with an upgrade to 8 for $199.

I guess $50 per instrument is ok but I’m not that blown away by the synths they chose.

Does the UVI Emulation II allow you to load your own samples? Based upon the CMI V I assume the Emulator II V does.

There was an update for Analog Lab 4 waiting for me in ASC, but it didn't add those new instruments.

I'm thankful they gave OB-Xa away earlier for 50€, that's the best of the 4 additions (for me), for 149€ I will likely not upgrade but wait for the sale next year when it's 99€ as it was each time.
Do you member phrases like "that's the best upgrade we will ever have" yeah, hehe (I do)

Anyway, I'll most probably wait.
