Ah, my bad. You did say Custom Shop. I was referring to within the gear browser in the AT5 main interface. Sorry about that. As far as I know there isn't a filter in the custom shop.

I might actually start using Amplitude more.

Current issues / weirdness.

1. The new Custom shop seems to no longer have the ability to only see items I don't own. Not sure why in the shop, I would ever want to see things I own, I'm not going to buy another copy.

2. Whilst people are saying some of their purchases have not shown up yet, I seem to have the Joe Satriani (minus the rockman, which is the only bit I want of that pack) and Brian May (other than the wah) available to use. The two items mentioned have padlocks on them. I'm sure they will sort that out too.

1. There was an issue with this functionality and it was not included so it wouldn't hold up the release. The team is working on re-implementing it. It does work quite well in AmpliTube 5 itself but I'm glad people are using what some in the past have called "the useless Custom Shop" enough to miss it now with AmpliTube 5

2. I believe that should have been sorted out already. I know there was an issue for some with Fender Collection and SVX 2 not available but I'm told the only outstanding missing gear issue is with the Tiny Terror when received via the somewhat recent giveaway. If you do a Restore Purchases and still don't see that gear, please let me know.

nope. for some mysterious reason, (hint hint.. check the forums ) IKM have decided to hold back the demos.

(personally, I get the vide that AT 5 is still half baked. lots of little weird things in it. maybe they should have waited until 2021 to release.)

I think "I" should have waited til 2021. I can't get the standalone to open up at all and it crashes Cubase. Not happy at all right now.

This is an amazing update. I had a problem with my 2017 iMac. Kept getting install error. Tried out my Macbook pro and it installed right away. Restarted the iMac and then the install worked. Only complaint so far is that the prefs show up every time I start the stand alone version. I've noticed some volume issues between amps but that has always been something. I can deal with it. Some amps are louder than others. The new routing is really cool and I did go ahead and get max since I hadn't bought the Satriani or May collections and a few other odds and ins.
Had a few hours over the last two days and so far it's "very nice"

Are you saying to do this in Amplitube 5 or Custom Shop? Both?

Not seeing the all my gear listed under Amplitube 4 or 5 in Product Manager does not give one confidence to install.

using cubase 10.5 here. no issues. check your monitor resolution . there have been posts about strange monitor res issues.

Restore Purchases is in the new Custom Shop. Log in, and click your User Name for the menu.

Thanks, I've already tried that. Like the SampleTank 4 rollout, I'll just wait for an update.

There are some reports in, now including yours of course, I'm sure they can get to the bottom of it. I believe there may be some suggestions with regard to fixing permissions which might have to do with it but beyond that, I've been told if that doesn't work then an uninstall/reinstall has helped for some.
