Yes, an option like that would be pretty goodFunkybot's Evil Twin wrote: Sun Dec 20, 2020 5:23 pmI think a mouse modifier would be the easiest/cleanest solution. Example: Ctrl+drag or Ctrl+Click impacts both layers.PAK wrote: Sun Dec 20, 2020 4:03 pm Assuming I didn't miss it, has anyone requested a button which allows you to edit two layers at once?

How about this?
Right-click give two options:
-Lock parameter (doesn't change through preset changes)
-Sync parameter between layers (Any change affect both layers)
A little symbol/color dot perhaps could indicate which of the two (or both) is active.

Haven't been around for a few years but had to drop in to this thread. I loved the UNO-LX when TAL released it and have been dreaming ever since that he would do a Jupiter 8 emulation. Totally stoked with this release - love the sound of it and the multi outputs is just what was needed. CPU hit is a bit high but will hopefully come down as Patrick refines it. Will definitely be buying this before the year is out. Great work TAL!

Would love to be able to edit knobs and sliders at the same time for both layers. I'd however want two different options.Echoes in the Attic wrote: Sun Dec 20, 2020 6:24 pm How about this?

Relative and Absolute modes. Relative would move the controls relative to one another and absolute would always snap the value to be identical on both layers.

A relative mode would be icing on the cake for me, but I'd be happy with absolute linking.

And if you didn't want those features, you can turn them off. My Minimoog Reissue has MIDI, should I be upset? Anyway, Jupiter X has aftertouch, and responds to polyAT over MIDI. U-He DIVA and Arturia Jup-8 V4 also respond to polyAT. If I really wanted an exact emulation of a Jupiter 8, I would buy an original one, after first robbing a bank...Reefius wrote: Sun Dec 20, 2020 10:11 pm If you want all the features of a modern synth then an emulation of a classic is probably not for you.

Here's some (I think 18) presets. Just random stuff I've created so far.

I always found this attitude a bit strange. Just because it is an exacting emulation doesn't mean you have to remove features. Aftertouch would indeed be very welcome as an addition and it wouldn't take away anything from the plugin/emulation.Reefius wrote: Sun Dec 20, 2020 10:11 pm If you want all the features of a modern synth then an emulation of a classic is probably not for you.
