Hi Brian, I get paid tomorrow and was looking to buy an annual ultimate level sub as part of this Play4Life promotion, thought I’d read it was until the end of the year, but looks like it’s ended already, no reference to it on the official RC web site. Any idea when it may come back?
Edit: or is it still available and I need to cancel my current subscription and rejoin on an annual basis? Saw Brian’s PM to me, but not worth doing unless the promotion is still happening.

Hey, WatchTheGuitar! You're all good. If you'd like to get in on the promotion, we will take care of you. It is still running through 12/31/2020. Just let support know that you'd like to switch your account over to join Play 4 Life and they'll get you set up. Thanks!WatchTheGuitar wrote: Tue Dec 22, 2020 11:49 pm Hi Brian, I get paid tomorrow and was looking to buy an annual ultimate level sub as part of this Play4Life promotion, thought I’d read it was until the end of the year, but looks like it’s ended already, no reference to it on the official RC web site. Brian: What is the Play4Life promotion? I cannot find anything about it on the website, even though you say it runs through December 31. I am already subscribed. Is that possibly why?

Hi Brain:
Any news about new instruments? I am becoming tired of these small preset packages every month. It's been a while since we saw anything really new (and that was Zenology Pro). The long promised JD-800, as well as the JX-10 (no, I don't consider the Zenology thing as a real "emulation") are two of the things I was hoping to see by now.

I get Windows notifications from Roland Cloud Manager all the time that new instruments are available and to check the Cloud Manager.
Turns out, I think it does that whenever there are sound packs, and patches added. It's a bit of a tease. You think "new instruments available!" Then you get there and it's just a set of D-50 patches and Zen-Core packs. Like, appreciate that stuff, but that's not a new instrument. When I see new instruments I'm thinking, "I hope it's a Jupiter-4 or Jupiter-6, or that JD-800 thing people have been harping on about, or maybe some classic Roland/Boss effects [though not instruments] are finally being added..."
Brian, maybe you can have the developers improve the messaging around the notifications so it's not such a tease.
Also, please do some highly detailed recreations of Roland/Boss effects: CE-1, CE-2, OD-1, SD-1, DS-1, BD-2, BF-2, RE-201, RE-301, DM-2, Juno Chorus, etc. A bundle of 3 or 4 Boss Distortions, and another of 3 or 4 Boss/Roland modulation effects, and another with 2 Space Echo variants or 3 or 4 classic delays would be wildly popular if done well.
