If you are referring to the Expansion Tank updates from the old eROM's, then they are indeed ready for purchase right now. I ordered 5 of the Expansion Tank updates for $15 each a couple of days ago and I received them the next day. The Expansion Tank updates were not on the website but I called esoundz and did the ordering over the phone.
