V Collection - is indivudual instruments updated?

Say you have a Mini V from the V Collection 5 (2016) - is this the same version as if you bought a license for the Mini V from their website today? Or is it tied the whole collection so that the instruments are not individually upgradeable to the latest version?

For any others wondering, yes, they update individually - so you get upgrades for each synth until they release a new major version.
