Hard to give advice without a bit more information. I use Studio One on a Core i7 laptop and I never see my CPU meter go much beyond a third of capacity, so I'd be inclined to tell you not to waste your money on a dual Xeon set-up.

Ryzen 9 5900X or 5950X, everything else is just huge waste of money.
