This happens when the plugin needs reregistration here (REAPER as well).
If I terminate the scan, launch the standalone version and register it from there, then make REAPER rescan the plugin it's much faster from then on. I guess the recent changes on REAPER VST scan killed the ability to show registration popups from the plugins?

I didn't know about that change, in which version did they introduce that? so plugins cant show modal popups now?

Vst scan in external process was added in 6.16. I'm not sure this is the problem, but I seem to remember I have had similar problems with other plugins showing registration window after they changed it...

Even in my Downloads page on your site it´s not mentioned.

I´m a scared dude. Internet rarely used via USB dongle on my PC. Scared of all my halfbaked musical content to lose...
But Examigan you are right and I know that little trick already.
If I blow my PC then I´ll do some more stuff on my MPC X

Well, actually another plugin (UJAM Finisher Micro) correctly showed the registration pop up during REAPER VST scan... so it must be something specific to how Synthmaster does it...

I upgraded to Cubase 11 yesterday. On initial start up loading current project, Synthmaster 2 is blacklisted. Easy to reactivate, but wondered if you're aware of this. Synthmaster One loads fine.

I upgraded to Reaper 6.19 today and tested the popup windows. No issues so far.

I too use Cubendo 11 and didn't have this issue. Still having the issue on mac though with syncing to clouds being stuck with my only third party sound bank... (can show 0% progress for over an hour)

Synthmaster 2.9.9 (Build 10287) crashes repeatedly in Bitwig Studio 3.3 and reaper 6 (64bit WIN8.1) when I try to export a soundbank.

Other than that a fantastic update so far, including the beautiful new Tranquil Blue; thanks a bunch Bülent and SatYatunes.
