Why does autotune barely "fire"?

I use antares autotune and max it (at zero speed), zero humanize and I only get that robotic quantized sound on a few words. Is that normal?

I suspect my mic is fukt

It depends on the singing, if you're singing on pitch then you will get no "effect".
Your mic should be fine if you are getting any signal.
