FREE UPDATE: All our plugins have been updated to add native support for the new Apple Silicon platform in AU, VST2 and VST3. Pro Tools does not run natively on M1 machines, so AAX support is currently only available on Intel equipped Macs or through Big Sur's Intel emulation layer (Rosetta). We'll release another update here as soon as Avid provides a compatible version of their AAX SDK.

Here is the full list of changes and feature additons in v2.2:
  • Add native Apple Silicon Support in AU, VST2 and VST3
  • Update to VST SDK 3.7.1
  • Update to latest PACE Eden signing tools v5.3.2
  • Slight performance improvements
  • Add optional CALayer accelerated GUI mode on macOS
  • Report SDK version and platform via about box
  • Improve numerical filter stability/noise performance
  • Fix mousewheel glitches in VST2, AU and AAX
  • Fix compatibility issues with some iLok protected plugins on macOS
Go here to download the new v2.2 builds.

NOTE: All our plugins are 50% OFF until January the 10th (12PM CET). Use the following voucher code during checkout: XMAS20.

Do windows users need to re-download?

I believe these:
Update to VST SDK 3.7.1
Update to latest PACE Eden signing tools v5.3.2
Slight performance improvements
Report SDK version and platform via about box
Improve numerical filter stability/noise performance

Are crossplatform improvements.

Owning nearly all Fuse plugins has some disadvantages - downloading and installing updated plugins becomes a chore, and there's not that much left to buy in a sale ;-)
Yep, first world problems

I wish you could reset the demos somehow.

:D

Would a bundled installer that lets you select which plugins should be installed help here?

Best,
Ray

+1 for a bundle installer, definitely. By now, that's 15 installers to download, unpack and install. As they're so fresh, they've not even been uploaded to virustotal, so that was some extra work... (all good. Well, didn't check DrumsSSX, VQP and vcl-515 which I don't own. And only the windows installers).

Made me learn something new, though. As I wasn't keen on right clicking and unzipping 15 zip files, I checked for a powershell command:

Code: Select all

cd Downloads (or wherever your d/l folder is)
ls fuse*.zip | %{ Expand-Archive $_}
Nice. Didn't know that one.

Yes please - a thousand times - I just counted it (new machine here) and in my case it is 24 clicks - per plugin - and that is just the installation alone and the registration has to be done per plugin again - serial # copy and paste and all... :-o :help:

Not wanting to rub it in I must say though, that installing and registering my Black Rooster stuff was a breeze...
