Hey,
i got some problems with ozone. It says that there are files missing and if i want to load a reference track, it crashes. I narrowed it down to my usage of a non admin account in windows. If i start Ozone standalone as admin, it works properly. I allready wrote Izotope about this issue. They tried to help me, but when all the ideas didnt work they just said "then use it as admin all times". It has to do something with the rightsmanagement. Maybe someone of you have an idea what i could do about it.
I reinstalled it many times, tried lots of various folders. Nothing helped. I wont run windows in admin mode. Its the only app which makes such problems

If it's telling you there's files missing, then Reinstall with Admin rights.
Doing it for 1 program will not endanger anything unless it's a virus or malware.
There's nothing to fear about Admin mode, these days it's best way to insure things install and run correctly on Windows10.
Or right click on the shortcut and go to Preferences
Go to compatibility the tab
Check Run this program as an administrator
By the way v9 runs on my 64bit Win10 pro without needing admin rights.
Also if you have Avast or other anti-virus, that could be messing with you as well.
Good luck,
Dirk

Have you tried running your DAW with admin rights?
Maybe this will help, since the plugin is hosted by the DAW?
