I used to despise the term (for reasons too petty to get into here) but now I see the value in not trying to reinvent the wheel every time I make music.

To me, 'work Flow' means I know the steps to my project outcome and have familiar tools at hand, so my mind is free to create.
GAS means my project steps and outcome aren't clear to me yet.
for example, BT has a hugely massive number of tools, but they are familiar as family members with their own project stories:
