I've had a weird bug since updating to the latest version, only with the VST3. Any time I click a knob it resets it to 0. I just noticed it last night because I mostly use the VST2. Has anyone else experienced this? I can live without the VST3 but I'm wondering if I should write to rene so he knows what's going on.

Opened up Avenger today and instead of getting the plugin got the box telling me no license was found.
I've dumped far too much cash into this plugin to keep getting slapped in the face like this.

I emailed Rene a couple of months ago and mentioned the knobs resetting issue (only in Ableton for me and VST3 as well). He said he thought he had fixed it in 1.6 but I had just switched back to Bitwig so never checked.Razzia wrote: Mon Jan 04, 2021 10:00 pm I've had a weird bug since updating to the latest version, only with the VST3. Ok, another noob question.
I have a sequence, tweaked to my needs (based on Dome Fox SQ from Euro Party expansion). First 2 oscs refuse to play higher than C5 note (B4 is the last note that those oscs are playing) although I extended the zones of every oscillator to full keyboard range.
Is there a way to move this magical split point up and make those first oscillators play on higher registers as well?

Quick heads up, I just installed 1.6.1 and I still get overloads and cut outs when holding down a single key. For example, this was using AR California Mood from the new cyberpunk soundset.
I don't know if this is the same issue as the first point you mention being fixed in your list? I know I always seem to be on here asking, but please have someone with mac experience look into these mac issues. Avenger is the best synth I've ever used, but ironically, I can't use it.

no, what was meant were the spikes in the MULTILOOP module. These were unnecessary and are now gone. We dont have reports about spikes in other modules which are not related to a too weak CPU and/or too little ASIO buffersize however. Maybe write to the support?
but indeed, Avenger runs slightly better (performance) on a PC.

lol..
falcon, omnisphere, rapid, Phase Plant etc etc etc, run fine on my weak cpu with too little asio buffersize.
Not all of us like to use larger buffer size and then have to quantize the midi notes alas.

I've written to support about this, for the last 2 or 3 years.msvs wrote: Wed Jan 06, 2021 6:40 pm no, what was meant were the spikes in the MULTILOOP module. These were unnecessary and are now gone. I'm using a vader mac pro xeon 6 core, and it does this even at 512 buffer. Empty project in logic, nothing else running on my machine. I'm pressing 1 key, Manuel. 1 key.
If I'm the only person who is having cpu issues with dropouts etc, then yeah, I'm doing something very wrong at my end. But I don't think I am the only one?

Also, to be clear, I'm not talking about the fact that avenger is quite cpu hungry. I can live with that. It's the fact the cpu ramps to 100% and the synth cuts out when the arp loops around etc.
