This thread just gave me a great idea: print out the Zebra 2 manual and leave it in the bathroom.
Signatures are so early 2000s.

Depends how much time you spend there usually. :D

Learning is not a zero sum game. By skipping the 'effort' of reading a pdf, and watching a video someone else put effort into, no one is losing.
Also, one biiiig thing video has over pdf; f**king audio.
Watching a video instead of actually playing/discovering a plugin by yourself ( accompanied by pdf if you wish to do so )

My opinion that the zebra is very good but it sucks to use it, work flow not being friendly to a user for fast or efficiently make sounds other synth can do much faster or easier

just a quick question..

when you purchase Zebra 2 and THE DARK ZEBRA - you get Zebra 3 once released - correct.
Zebra 2 and THE DARK ZEBRA becomes legacy supported product ..
Feature wise - now :
As Z3 was free - Will you be allowed to keep Z3 and sell the Z2+DZ ??
or All the 3 will be treated as 1 VST ?
I guess once you receive Z3 - the 9month selling fee will apply.

I believe that's all correct but of course I may be wrong - correct me if ... :ud:

I also think it will be a great idea to be able to buy Z2 and DZ at a much lower price lets say
150eu - more or less, And Z3 would be around 180eu ;-)

--- that in my opinion would Crash the Wave of reselling the plugins ---

Ps...just having fun with math :D

Of course right now you could get Z2 with the DZ for $148. and get Z3 for free. Well, at least for another day or so.

Hi, even if this is about zebra and an outlook towards zebra 3, would it still make sense or a good idea to get diva right now?

Only you can answer that by trying it out, you still have two weeks and u-he demos are very generous; light crackling only with no time limit and full patch save/recall.
Always Read the Manual!

That's a very dangerous thing about these demos.

They are sitting on your machine, you play with them in your spare time and the idea that you must own a license slowly creeps into your mind.

It's not that there is a release date, an expected feature set or anynthing. It still may or may not be released next year, or the year following the next year, or some other year.
You may think you can fly ... but you better not try
