MDrumReplacer can't find the drum sample files

I have a folder just for the drum files, E:/MeldaDrumFiles

it contains three files:
MDrummerEssentials.mdrummerpack
MDrummerDrumEmpire2020.mdrummerpack
MDrummerElectronicGenres.mdrummerpack

When I start MDrumReplacer it asks me to take it to the DIR where these files are. So I go there, and Melda tells me they're not there.

Here's what the MDrumReplacer page says:
MDrumReplacer can use the huge MDrummer multi-sample libraries (including Drum Empire 2020) to select a replacement that fits your track the best. At this moment, you may choose from 80 gigabytes of samples. And the editing possibilities are endless. You can finally find the perfect sound!
So these seem like the right files. Am I doing something wrong?

Those are the download files aren't they?

You need to install them, preferably from another location, into that folder. Click [Menu] in the MDrumReplacer title bar

I'm having the exact same problem. I've downloaded them manually and tried to get the replacer to recognized them and it won't. When it asks if I want to scan for the files I direct to to scan the folder and it fails to find it. Go though the menu and it says select the installation folder but there is nothing to select. Very frustrating.

Yes! It worked!

But honestly the plugin should detect it's own ".mdrummerpack" files and just install them. I gave it the right DIR.

Very close! I had to click right of the [menu].

Sorry for the confusion. It should open the downloader though, which should guide you. Anyways here's some tutorial for MDrummer installation, which is the same:

It did, but my content desktop is an offline desktop.

My issues was that the downloader wouldn't work without designating a location for the Msoundfactory content even if I didn't want to download that.

Hmmm, Mac-Mojave, got the latest 14.16 version, open MDrumReplacer, Menu, Download and Install products, already downloaded the DrumEmpire2020 pack, Install Manually, it shows the pack in Downloads, double click, yellow bar goes all the way across as it Extracts and Installs the pack, get the Product has been successfully Installed window, click on Drum Library = empty!

In Documents there is an MDrummer folder with all the sounds in it including DrumEmpire 2020.

Do I need one of the four plugins listed in order for Drum Empire 2020 to work in MDrumReplacer?

No, you only need Mdrumreplacer. But they need to add Mdrumreplacer to the list of plugins which can use the Drum Empire 2020 sample pack.

Thanks, so, why is MDR not finding the packs?

Fixed! I deleted/un-installed everything I could find and started over. Re-downloaded and installed MDR, then set the paths correctly ie,

Download to - /Downloads
MDrummer factory path - /Documents/MDrummer
MSoundFactory sample path - /Applications/MeldaProduction

After that I let MDR download and install the packs.
