Hello AxBC,
Good question. v4.1b2 (b3 is the latest now) is newer than v4.03, but v4.04 will include all fixes and improvements from the beta version except for new features (the chords track in the Melody Editor). I'll do my best to build v4.04 in 1-2 days, so that everyone has the latest fixes.
It is always a good idea to install the beta version separately. Please note the plug-ins are named the same for beta and non-beta, so installing the beta will overwrite the stable plug-ins. BluGenes suggested renaming the beta plug-ins, but at the moment it is not easy to do on macOS.
Thanks,
Attila

Just want to double check and clarify. I currently have RapidComposer-4.03 installed. Does RapidComposer-4.1b2 replace v4.03?
Should I create a separate new installation for v4.1b2?
Thanks!

Yes, on macOS the download URL in the program was wrong, I am sorry.
I'll send you the beta download links in PM.
Thanks, lulukom!

Attila, there is one small remark .. But a better example: I have a volume controller in the Track Inspector, in the MIDI CC tab. It is also present in the track head. Adjustment from the track head does not change the value in the Track tab of the inspector. I have different values for the same controller. What value should I believe))

Having drag and drop issues with VST's.. namely Ezkeys.. can't drag to it... I have to open a standalone copy of EZKeys and drag from that to the VST Ezkeys in RC..
Also had RC lock up while messing with Kontact. RC would not close.. did not hang, just could not close it. Had to use task manager to kill the process..

In addition to above, noticed the play head in EzKeys does not move when I press play in RC. Doesn't move in EzKeys as well. EzKeys works fine in Reaper, so, I know it isn't the VST.

MIDI CC 0 is Bank Select (MSB). You should not use it for a continuous controller. Do you have a custom GeneralMIDI.rcCTRL file where this is listed?lulukom wrote: Fri Jan 08, 2021 1:20 pm Hello ! Does anyone know where to set the parameters of the Midi CC 0 controller? Actually, they should be between 0 and 127 ... In the Track Inspector, I only see 95.

I have a UVI Falcon 2 and when RC is playing on it then I need to switch Edit Layer Rules. But this is done just by choosing a bank (midi CC0). I can do it with my DAV MOTU DP, but I don’t know how to do it when RC plays on the Falcon. Thanks.

Hi lulukom,
yes, you are right, slider updates did not work for MIDI controllers, only for track variations. I fixed this now.
Thanks,
Attila
