yes that is absolutely possible
2 Questions
1.When you purchase the pick 5 do you get one activation code for all 5 expansions
2. I will assume entering and installing the 5 expansions can be done through VMAN?

Post

this is better asked the support, afaik you get a code which allows you 5 choices of expansions, either in your web account or vman. But since I never "bought" any xp, I havent done it myself.

All good things have to end: In 3 days we will stop the xmas sale. If you want to buy something for 40% off, then
NOW is your chance to do. Dont forget to enter XMAS40 during checkout! Furthermore don't miss our even more discounted "Pick 5" Bundle. Buy it now and pick 5 XPs of your choice later (its possible to wait until new expansions will be released, too).

1) You will get 1 activation code that vill provide you 5 free expansion slots in your Avenger account page. Then you'll have a mini-menu where you can choose which expansion assign yo that slot, also for the future. Mee too have some free slots available, waiting for the XP i'M interested in

2)Yes, Just select the XP in your Avenger account page and then do everything inside Vman.

Sorry if this has been asked before (most likely has) but was there ever any hints towards Mac M1/ARM native update at some point? Or is this going to be 2.0 territory?

I just got my hands on a little Mac Mini M1 and it's been pretty impressive so far. Considering making it my primary home music system but I'm trying to plan how realistic it is without a few of my favorite synths (Avenger being one of them).

Can someone explain the guitar expansions? Are the loops triggered by an arp that can be edited or are they one key arrangement loops that only change tempo and key?

Post

Avenger has a chord detection, means if you press an Emaj or a F#min, it recognizes it, and plays the correct live loop of the guitar. These go seamlessy, so chord progressions are possible. They follow your BPM, and your key

Post

Is there a quick way to turn off all the sequencers, arpeggios and FX so I can just use a single sound from a SQ or ARP patch? Often I just want to use e.g. the bass layer without all the extras, but it can take quite a while to strip it back.

Post

you would need 3 clicks: solo the OSC, turn off its ARP in the routing sidemenu, turn off the FX bus in the routing sidemenu

That would still eat up the cpu needlessly if the other 7 layers are still there, hence my feature request of having the ability to delete all layers apart from the one you select via right click or something similar.

So it essentially plays a pre programmed pattern out of any chord you play? So any chord can be played but the pattern is what is locked? Thanks

Post

no, the loops must have been recorded in the chords you want to use. Ususally there is either 5th, min, major, in some presets even sus2/4 from our XPs. If you create loops yourself you can chose from over 20 different chords

Can someone explain why V-Manager is encrypting files?

It encrypted c:/users/username/Appdata/local/AMD/GLcache

Antivirus is reporting it as ransomware. Obviously it's not.

It's your AMD graphic card's shader cache folder. What makes you think it's related to V-Manager?

anti-virus said it was V-manager encrypting the file, and it happened right when I was downloading stuff in V-manager.
