That's getting to be a lost art these days.

Can the main background panel be edited in a Gimp type app?

Thanks for sharing this. It didn't happen by rolling dice a few times...
Cheers
Yes, there's a main panel you can edit.

No dice was harmed in the making of this skin. I used blender (for the backdrop render and individual components) and photoshop for the rest. The design idea was to make a dark skin with blinking lights as a contrast to the light and bright original design of the microtonic.

Very nice skin!

Nicely well done , but I prefer the classic skin .
All controls in tonic are so cramped ( since v1) and the dark skin emphasizes that , white one not so much .
Nonetheless , you have some good 3D chops !

I agree. It's a great job and the vintage looks nice too but I still revert back to the default skin. It's just clearer for me. :tu:

Thanks. Can you be more specific ?

Do you mean in the same folder that I have the MicroTonic dll file ?

Post

I placed the folder in the MicroTonic dll folder, how do I change the GUI from MicroTonic's Interface ? I don't see an option to select a new GUI.

Is the folder named correctly? it should be named
Microtonic V3.3 Resources
and all the files should be in the root of that folder...it should have that skin when you load it the next time... You also need the latest version...at least I believe so, but perhaps it can be solved with replace the V3.3 in the folder name with the version you use...but that is just a guess.
