Hi,
any experience on solutions to control x/y/z midi parameters via gesture and/or position different from those midi rings such as Enhancia Neova?
many thanks

The Leap Motion controller (tracks both hands with fingers in 3D with two cameras) costs about a third of an Enhancia Neova, and someone made this for it:

(does require Mac or Win box, so not really "mobile")

Leap Motion's very interesting but unfortunately not available in EU.
I remember ages ago there was someone using a Wii but it looks like the trend has gone and so any trace of usability.
Any other ideas?

This is just one of many EU shop which sells it:

NB: I only used LeapMotion some years ago (perhaps v1, not v2) for a group of kids developing games with Scratch (programming language) and latency was very noticable. Either you learn to compensate (like playing drum pads) or you return it (lost an illusion, gained experience)

Thank you for finding it in EU BertKoor but nope, it looks like its native app doesn't have a Mac version and Aeromidi is just dead and unsupported.
Need to find another solution.

May be have a look at this one.

Depending of what are your needs, you might need a device with TrueDepth front camera though.

I have a native Mac version... But haven’t looked for news for some time... I could also get you a wii motion, I don’t use mine. There are some Max/MSP solutions for both...
But look for any osc android or ios app, some support the accelerators...

thank you all, will keep looking for solutions.
