Yes, Waves Brauer Motion is for panning whereas Energy Panner is for panning

Nooo....Brauer Motion is one plugin, whereas Energy Panner is another plugin.

Energy Panner is newer so I guess it pans with more stereo depth and separation.

it's about 8 pages, where offline activation is mentioned, so I got the impression it's a C/R system... but I just had a quick look, so better read it yourself to get a better understanding of how it works.
