Music Pattern Generator is a web app to create MIDI polyrhythms in a in a visually clear and easy to follow way by using spinning rhythm wheels. It’s a project that I enjoy working on now and again. The app is free and open source. It was built to run in the browser, but I’ve made desktop installers as well. They may on occasion be more convenient.

New in version 2.2 are Snapshots. Snapshots let you store and recall many settings in one go, to easily switch between sections of a musical piece. A Snapshots tutorial video is on YouTube:

This looks pretty awesome!

Any chance it can be wrapped in a VST/AU to be used more easily in DAWs?

No, unfortunately not. The app is written in Javascript so it only runs in a web browser. (The desktop releases install the app bundled with a browser. That's why they are so large in size.)

Runs fine as standalone version on Win10. .Very easy to punch up a Jungle riddim. And the visuals are nice/functional.. Thanks very much for this!
PS I really like your artwork too-

Thanks for letting me know. And about the artwork too! I do test on a Windows 10 machine, but not as extensive as on the Mac which I use for development.

The Music Pattern Generator used with an Elektron Digitakt. All sequencing done with the pattern generator. By Heat Impact for Jamuary 2021.

Usually for all Midi stuff in the Browser you need a Chrome based one. Either Chrome if you want that Google knows what you do, or Brave and some others more respectful browsers...
The standalone probably contains a Chrome derivate...
