Hmm, I can't think of any combo organ sample libraries with that level of detail - particularly not free. I know Hollowsun had some, but if I remember right they were WAY stretched.
You might check out http://www.combo-organ.com/ for information or ideas.
Finally, although it's not sampled, I believe that the Dash Combo Sister is available for OSX.

COmbo organ sounds fun but im still on Os-9 and would still prefer samples
in any format, since I've got Kontakt, I don't care about the programming I can set that myself so plain wav or aiff are fine
