edit: nope, I am totally mistaken here - the CSR plugins and the delays are an exception to this rule.

D16 Toraverb 2, you can adjust the gain of Early/Late Reflections separately and send them anywhere in the Mid/Side OR Left/Right field.

2C Audio Aether also has M/S operation mode.
Technically any reverb if you set it to 100% wet and throw an M/S processor after it.

Any reverb, if you use Voxengo MSED or any other M/S encoder, splitter or plugin chainer utility.

Don't know if proper but FabFilter Pro-R has a stereo knob with one end being completely mono and the other end boosting the stereo spread (don't know if by pure m/s or really by using different delays etc.).

Would you not just not just have the reverb send levels on your low end tracks e.g. bass, set to zero?

Most of the EQs these days can totally remove S or M. You can add EQ on a reverb send channel. I'm not sure if there are some reverb effects that can remove Mid signal entirely. Maybe Tonebooster Reverb 4?

you could insert two instances of your favorite reverb and then add something like Voxengo MSED after

MS Reverb?
