I would like to control my Kontakt instruments/Cubase Daw via Windows Tablet. There is this XotoPad app, quite pricey I'd say. Is there any alternative? Has anybody used such configuration fruitfully?

Options for Windows are quite limited, I'm afraid. There's the fairly new OSC/Pilot, but it costs more than XotoPad.

There are cheaper alternatives like TouchOSC, MIDI Designer, and others if you have an iPad or Android tablet.
