Need help remembering the name of an old program!

I think it was made by iztope but maybe not it was like the section in zplane decoda where you could select and highlight a specific freq band and turn it down or up or pan it. I can't remember the name of it!
It was a exe not a vst but it was kind of old and had a orange looking interface.

Thank you for replying but nope that is not the one. It makes me mad I can't remember this exe man.
You loaded up your track and you had a box or rectangle like the section in zplane coda and then you could box around a specific area of the freq band and then you could turn that down, move it, pan it ect.
It's really old. Interface was kind of janky. I can't remember the name it to save my life.

Thank you for your help as well I don't think this is it either. It may not have been made by iztope. I just remember it having a interface like this and it some of it's colors were like black and yellow and orange.

and when you highlighted it ^ you could either solo that or mute that section and the you could move it or pan it etc..
