Is there a solution to link bitwig with an ipad as logic pro with logic remote ?
I would like to launch clips, play with plugin parameters on the fly...
Or is hardware the way to go : launchpad, akai ???

Launchpad X (with Moss' script) is awesome for this, IMO. Much more comprehensive than Ableton's script.dupont wrote: Wed Jan 20, 2021 9:31 am Is there a solution to link bitwig with an ipad as logic pro with logic remote ?

Ask this in Bitwig's sub-forum. Perhaps there's an app or script using OSC that somehow connects to Bitwig running on macOS (you can't run Bitwig on iOS, at least for now).

There is little explanation, but I think in this video the iPad is used as second screen
If you are on older OS versions, there is Yamdisplay as alternative...

Another option is TouchOSC and Moss’ script:

Doesn't launch clips though I think?
Or has Moss figured out some clever way?

Not that I know of... I was imagining it more combined with a Lauchpad to cover the clip launching

Or some 3rd party one like TouchAble.pdxindy wrote: Wed Jan 20, 2021 4:42 pm Oh, and Logic Remote is great... there is nothing like it for the iPad for Bitwig.
Studio One // Bitwig // Logic Pro // Ableton // Reason // FLStudio // MPC // Force // Maschine

Setup a APC40 style layout with TouchOSC and Launchpad Mini some time ago but didn't find the tablet that nice to use as a main control surface. Got a Dell touch screen instead with UPDD Mac drivers. However lately had this idea of a "portable version" of Novation SL49mk3's main controls for iPad as the SL49mk3 itself is not that practical to move around. While it's a bit in work progress still it might give someone ideas: https://github.com/jasalt/TouchOSC-Bitw ... d-touchbar (https://github.com/jasalt/TouchOSC-Bitwig/tree/master/2021-ipad-touchbar)

Maybe it was already pointed out, yet I still want to mention:http://openstagecontrol.ammd.net/ (http://openstagecontrol.ammd.net/)
Server available for linux, windows and macos
Client via webinterface
It’s not mentioned often enough when touchosc comes up.
In the moss4bitwig extension is a “ready to go” mapping/layout for bitwig.
