Best quality audio for youtube video clip

Hello everyone,
I intend to upload a video clip for my music which has actually a real footage and not only a picture in the background. the original AVI is 40 GiG with the 44.1 Khz 16 bit audio
I want to upload the video to YouTube so I converted the avi to mp4 with 320 kbs mp3 audio. when I upload it to YouTube still, the audio change to 128 kbs. In general what is the best way to upload such music video with the maximum audio quality in YouTube, Instagram Tiktok , etc

Video software often offers presets for various streaming and social media. Both VSDC (crap) and DaVinci Resolve I use right now have it, and they do their best to sound good on Youtube.

I am using VLC but I have no idea why when I convert it to mp4 ( H 264) with PCM audio ( no compression ) I have no sound at the final mp4. So I use ACC or Mp3 with 320 Kbs for audio and when the mp4 file goes to youtube they again change the audio bitrate to 128 kbps
I really have no idea what should I do
