Can't wait to hear this. I still use Firebird, because of sound (of course), but also because of layout. I know this isn't anything related to FB as Markus noted, but the layout appeals to me!

I know I for one would like the option to buy it during the Public Beta period. I imagine there may be many others like that too.

I'll buy it after I try a demo and learn that I like it and I imagine there is a good chance I will like Warlock but I don't do pre-orders. Nothing personal against Tone 2.

Would I buy a public beta ? Maybe. Depends on how mature the product is. If it's closer to being a beta than a release candidate perhaps not.

I'd say take your time and release Warlock when it's ready and that is coming from someone who is really looking forward to giving it a go.
