Hello everyone,
I have a video clip mp4 with 2k ( 2560 * 1440 ) with 320 kbs ACC audio file embedded in it. When I uploaded in youtube, even in HD and 2k resolution still the audio is 127 kbs.

I found this article :
https://www.h3xed.com/web-and-internet/ ... 720p-1080p

Clearly it says that it should be converted to 192 kbs by YouTube if the provided bitrate is higher than that. Any one had such problem? Any advice would be appreciated!
thanks

There might be nothing you can do. Articles written a month ago can already be hopelessly outdated. YouTube & Google are constantly "improving" things in their back services. If they decide that 128kbps is good enough for everything and "HD Audio" is not something they support anymore, then you're stuck with that. It's even possible that their algorithm decides that the audio you have uploaded is not complex enough to benefit from 192kbps. I have noticed that a large portion of music sounds very passable at 128kbps while a smaller portion gets audible compression artefacts.
