I don't know, it's years ago since I demoed a DAW.

Cubase used to have this "crash" feature that I never found too useful.

Well, Reaper has a hidden game built in (I won't spoil it, for those who don't know
) which could also be considered totally useless - or a bit entertaining, same as for that plugin lol.-

Apple should remove Audio Unit hosting from Logic Pro X, it's by far the least stable AU host I've used.
Good thing they didn't invent the AU standard, or I'd be worried...
While they're at it, they may as well disable automation until all the long-standing PDC issues are fixed.

"6) it's not an endless money trap of paid updates and "new versions" - other daws are focused on extracting money from the users on a yearly, or monthly basis - they don't care about fixing issues, they care about having you pay for new features, 99% of which are basically useless for most people."

IMHO, LoopMash was/is quite useless. I was even looking forward to it way back when it was first announced (Cubase 5 maybe) but binned it after a few frustrating hours of trying to make any sense/use of it.
