README: Rhino / No sound in Brainspawn Forte ?

If you can't hear Rhino in Forte, please set its default gain to 1, as follows:
- create a new text file
- type the following:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BigTick\Rhino2]
"defaultGain"="1"

- rename the file to "rhinogain.reg" and double-click it.

This will significantly boost the output level of Rhino, so you may have to adjust your mixer levels accordingly.

We will make sure this is corrected in forte 1.5

That problem should be fixed with the new Rhino 2.2, by the way. I force the default level to 1.0 if it's converted to 0 by atol();

It should also fix the similar problem experienced in Sonar4.
