I expected the VCO envelope to do something to the pitch.... I wonder if it should have been called VCA envelope?

I tested this when it was first released as Push... and I immediately enjoyed it. But there was a flaw that pushed (ha!) me away, and I deleted it after a short while. If I remember it correctly, it was a fatal case of aliasing on all instances. Hopefully that has been sorted out - if, indeed, my memory serves me right. Oh, well, only one way to find out!

I can't hear any artefacts in this version, so all seems to be sorted - or, even better - I was wrong!

Seems as good a place as any to think aloud about the fact that Sampleson have no visible version numbers in any of their synths, nor any visible version numbers on their website, so no way to ever tell if anything's been updated, and since the website only barely works, and none of their social media accounts remotely active, it's impossible to tell them that this puts people off using their products that as a result appear to be 'abandonware' even though their occasional marketing emails make it clear that they're still active.

There's a weird crackling noise in my left headphone speaker when using this synth. Win, 64bit, reaper. It's not on all patches, but certainly more than half the time I press the New Sound button. Will investigate some more. For my sanity's sake, I tested some other synths too, but none had this sound. So it's not my system thank god.

Yes, exactly the same issue with me in 64 bit REAPER - crackling/distortion in left channel. Spent an age plugging and unplugging everything and trying other synths, but eventually decided it was a problem with Rand.

No crackles here ( yet ? ) in REAPER ( 6.21, 64b, win 7 ). Always some stereo effect, though, even with the width-knob at minimum. Often leaning to the right in a not too pleasant manner.
