I'm trying to contact them to ask for a refund but it's simply impossible. Got no reply from the email adress they used to contact us (gr****.ma****@ohmforce.com), early birds. It was 22 days ago.

I think a lot of us thought they'd gone under, then RedForce popped up on here, last year. I mean, they made definite progress on the plug, but 22 days doesn't sound good

That's at the top of the list. Well, 2nd. Ohmforce to-do list: 1) bongs; 2) cat in a space suit illustration; 3) other 'cool' illustrations; 4) make website look nice; 5) pop up on KVR randomly and make specific date-based empty promises; ... 10) release a full release version of Ohmboyz Infinity, after what is it now, 3 years after people have paid for it?

I just installed version 0.09 and it still crashes Cubase as soon as I load it up. Same behaviour as earlier....

Hi there,

It's that time of the year again where I pop up here, I guess. First apologies if you experienced some delay in support, we have had some huge issues with spam (the volume is simply crazy) and even now we're still finding mails we missed. As always we're refunding any unhappy camper but it's true some had to wait an inordinate amount of time.

Regarding crashes all cases I had recently in support have been fixed by removing the component manually before reinstalling. Typically people who never installed it before have no problems. Also Cubase on PC is very often used here and works fine - many presets have been made on cubase.

A demo is technically already working but we're waiting to see if there are actual bugs (and not just versions discrepancies) that we know off to fix.

I am going to stick around here to be yelled at anyone who still had issues until it's fixed, one way or another. For the others, demo will be available soon so they'll be able to make their own impression.

I still have major crashes, I can't use it. I use Cubase 11 and Windows 10. PC with AMD Ryzen 3950 + Radeon 5700 XT, 32 GB RAM.

Ok cnt. So to be clear: you can install it, it launches, but it occasionally crashes while using it. Did you notice any pattern as to what triggers a crash?

It crashes every time I open it.

Tested it again now. To be more clear, it crashes at different points depending on if its a new project or not. It happens sometimes when I open the GUI and sometimes changing presets: Cubase totally crashes. Old Ohmboyz works perfect.
Anything I can do to collect dumps or logs?

If it's a new project (empty), I can re-produce it every time:
1. Create audio track
2. Insert Ohmboyz Infinity
3. Crash.. if Cubase does not quit-crash I can re-open the GUI (which is totally white) of Ohmboyz Infinity.

It also HANGS Cubase totally sometimes while using the GUI (fast preset changing, or using mouse to change parameters).

While our dev also looks at it, can you do the following:
- use the "reset factory preset" feature, then only use presets from factory or new ones created from scratch on 0.0.9.
does it still crash/freeze/slow? Some older version preset can create the issues you're having.
