I was messing with you, after the J-8 dig..... which I assumed you did humourously.
But yeah somethings miss beta that when someone in the public finds it you sometimes scratch your head and wonder how you missed you.

Yes, we went ahead and replaced the M1 versions with universal binaries. We still keep two installers on the Mac, however- The Intel-only installer is based on a pre-Big Sur Intel toolchain which produces faster code, and we can target somewhat older OS X versions this way. Right now the vast majority of Apple users is still working on Intel-based Macs, so we don't want to do compromises here. :)

Isn't the WHITE and PINK noise in dune the wrong way round? All other synths I have the White noise is brighter than Pink, in dune the Pink is brighter. I checked with the latest release and the new grey skin. Can anyone confirm?

there is something written about that on the beta forum, but i fear it may take me longer to find than I am prepared to look....

White noise should have perfectly flat spectrum, while pink noise should fall 6dB/ocatve like a single-pole low-pass filter. This is pretty objective and any exeption is clearly a bug.
