All,
I have been using Tracktion since 2008 and I have had several different PC's and upgrades. However I just got a new PC (Windows), I added both Tracktion 7 and Tracktion Pro and have the same issue, I did add the drivers (Mackie_USB_Driver_v4_67_0) however I cannot get the ASIO to work?
When I go into settings I can see under device Mackie ASIO Driver but when I select it I see the message: Error when trying to open the audio device! No device is connected to the PC
I have restarted, reboot, re-installed the software, reinstalled the drivers. I know the HW is good as it worked right before my last PC broke.
Please help!

Hi Bob,
Is it possible to select the Mackie as your default audio device? Does that work?
Just checking whether it's specific to the ASIO driver, or there's a bigger problem with the USB connection between your PC and the Mackie...
