What are your best mixing and mastering "analog" equalizers and "analog colorizers" in
2021

Name your top 5

Im searching for something that is close as possible to hardware as I had to sold it, and I know technology is constantly evolving and new better and better things are released. When I tested some they sounds good for mix but ofnet not for mastering when limiter / compressor is on at maximum volume.
So what is best in 2021 ?

Vintage Warmer 2 is amazing for coloration and so is VPre73 and sdrr2 by black rooster and klanghelm respectively. I can only vouch for the latter 2 tho, have experience with them , while in the case of vintage warmer, i've heard it on ton of mixes a/b with or without but havent used myself.

But yea, Maag eq4 has this amazing air band as well and the ever classic pultec of which there are multiple emulations from waves, BRA, and so on

Not EQ but saturation:
IK Multimedia Tapes Collection: these processors do more than just colouration. Not even Acustica Audio plugins gave me that "wow" effect when I checked them. Not typical tape emulation which downgrades sound to some old retro sound (noise, artefacts etc.) but the opposite: it's an instant sound and soundstage "goodizer"

Tape 99 for quite "flat" sound for modern club music, Tape 80 if I want more juicy vibe, Tape 440 for grittier "old school vibe".
For about a year there's no track without IKM Tape on my Master Bus. The best part is these plugins are stable in Cubase, not like AA plugins which I barely use for that reason. Also, I barely use other saturation plugins on the master bus anymore because of these tapes.

Unfortunately, that's too many Acustica Audio plugin instances running at one time.

Simple as pie, amazing sound, always useful -- and the Drive knob is wonderful, as well.
