Best thing I've done is put that guy on ignore. Suggestion is for you to do the same. Makes things much more pleasant around here.Markus Krause wrote: Wed Feb 17, 2021 5:42 pm You don't own the product and you're just tying to disturb. As usual. I will request a ban for you

Not yet. Markus noted he was going to look into AU v3 to see if that helped solve his debugging issues with the AU.simmo75 wrote: Wed Feb 17, 2021 8:53 pmBalls.fisherKing wrote: Wed Feb 17, 2021 8:51 pmthere is no AU, so... nothing for logic. disappointing.simmo75 wrote: Wed Feb 17, 2021 8:45 pmHi Markus, the AU version isn't installed on my Mac, I've tried re-installing but no love?Markus Krause wrote: Wed Feb 17, 2021 7:53 pm Warlock natively supports ARM. I tried making a jingle and realize I don't have a clue how this synth works, lol. I might have to just use presets. When is the manual gonna be ready?

Unless the rules of the contest have changed, you're supposed to use presets anyway. You're also not supposed to edit them.briefcasemanx wrote: Wed Feb 17, 2021 11:47 pm I tried making a jingle and realize I don't have a clue how this synth works, lol. Is that correct, Markus? If we're allowed to tweak the presets, I'd like to modify some of the Multitap delay rhythms so that they're the same (or close) between presets I'm trying to use. They all sound pretty good on their own, but I can't layer them with presets that have other multitap delays with other rhythms, because it makes quite a mess.

I'm pretty sure you can edit presets... "1) Create one or more impressive jingles that use several instances of Warlock. The song style can be any style you want. Make it interesting with some modulation though. External drums or EQs are allowed. Be careful with compressors, limiters or clipping".
Doesn't say anything about using presets specifically. I always add a sub bass layer, and therefor, I need a sub bass, usually solo sine, but I sometimes do other things with the sub bass, so to make the best tracks you can, surely you can make your own presets
Edit: I don't think I've used a preset stock in any of my tracks
Edit2: I have to mention, I'm doing normal demo tracks, not for the comp per se, so take that how you will.

That's just it: when we did demo tracks for Tone 2, we weren't supposed to edit the presets (which makes sense). One of the demos I submitted a few years ago won one of the competitions at the time. (It wasn't one of the top prizes, though I still appreciate it!) For that one, the demos were automatically entered into the competition, and the rules were the same for both. So I'm trying to adhere to the rules for jingles and/or demos, whichever this is.GeorgeZ wrote: Thu Feb 18, 2021 2:45 am I'm pretty sure you can edit presets... It would be nice if the spectrum modifier have an amount/mod knob like in Gladiator or like the sliders in Icarus´ WT Editor. That would give the opportunity to adjust the spectral modifications to taste.
