Midi device does not shown in Track inputs

Hi I'm a new user and I having problem with the midi device.
I add the midi device and is shows up into the settings.
When I strike a instrumet on my device (Roland TD12) the a note key is light up.
So there is communication between midi device and waveform.

Now I want to add a tom into a track.
I opening the track settings for configure an input for that track, but I see only the Input 1, Input 2, MIDI Tracks...ETC.
No device withe the midi device name is shown on the track input selector.

Can someone tell me what I did wrong in the midi set up thats it's not shown into the track input selector??

You're right that feels strange according to this v vidéo. No waveform user here, just passing by.
