i used it in my song here for the bass, i think it did the job

I picked up the OBXA from someone on here so i'm happy, except that is'a massive cpu hog at times!

OB-XA V, Obsession - Oberheim OB-Xa emulations; OP-X II Pro - OB-X emulation; Obxd - "inspired by" Oberheim synths.

Just thought I'd point that out, so that noone thinks this is a proper comparison of soft synths emulating the same synth. They're quite different really. The OB-X sounds ten times better than the OB-Xa anyway. It's a shame noone emulates that, but, considering the difference in used prices, I guess it's understandable.

Hi - I dropped this into my components folder to use in Logic and I'm getting the pop up message that this 'can't be opened because apple cannot check it for malicious software" "this software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information."

Any idea why this is happening?

Thanks for the preset/bank manager. Is there any way to create a new bank? I see we can import one, but what if I want to create an empty bank of my own presets?

There’s no new bank function yet, so the simplest way would be duplicating a existing one.

That's not too bad. Maybe provide a blank bank in the download in the future? Then users can just start with that and rename as needed.
