I downloaded a Tina Guo library. Its in my not installed list in Native Access.
But when I hit install it starts a new downloading process instead of just installing it.I don't have enough data allowance to download anything more.
I had to go somewhere that had free wifi just to get the library and it took 2 hours. How can I install these files I already have manually???

solved. put the folder in with all the other instruments..
