Hi,
I have the Waves H-reverb and Softube Tsar, both have only one algorithm.
Does this mean they're room reverbs? Hall? What type of algorithm they have?

Apart from the obvious difference in the tail length, the distinction mostly depends on the ratio between the diffuse tail and early reflections and how quickly echo density builds up. If the algorithm is flexible enough, it may produce convincing and workable sounds, be it room or chamber or hall settings.

H-reverb is designed to provide a full range of reverb sounds. Start with the presets to get a sense of things. You have everything from halls to plates to hardware emulations.

To give perspective, there have been arguments between well-respected developers that a single algorithm could encompass all types of reverbs with just additional tweaks to multiple/various stages of the reverb (early vs. late).
I have a Mercury7 pedal from Meris that has 2 algorithms, one for Plate and one for Cathedral (huge, dense, and long). I bought it for the plate (resembles my favorite setting on UVI's plate), but it also does convincing room verbs, from small absorbant rooms to large gym size rooms. It's known for the dense, pitch-shifting reverberation but I love the room sound.
