Problem loading programs in 8.61 on Windows

Hi,

After updating to 8.61 i'm running into two issues regarding loading programs:

1) when loading a (user) program the name is not displayed (current program with asterix is shown)
2) when loading multiple programs the programs do not appear in the program dropdown
